Pre/Post-Natal Fitness Classes

During pregnancy, these classes focus on safe, low-impact exercises that enhance strength, flexibility, and stamina, helping to alleviate common discomforts and prepare the body for labour.

My outdoor fitness group class for mums and babies offers a refreshing way to stay active while bonding with your little one. Designed for new mums, the workouts emphasize core strengthening and pelvic floor recovery, essential components of post-partum fitness.The classes aim to boost energy levels, improve mood, enhance overall well-being, whilst offering a supportive environment and a decent amount of chat!

Participants can expect a relaxed, supportive environment- if your baby needs to be fed, changed or cuddled during the sessions, the circuit style class means you can easily see to the needs of your baby and join back in when they’re settled.

As you exercise, your baby can join in the fun, whether they’re in a buggy or on a mat beside you, making it easy to integrate fitness into your daily routine without the need for childcare.

Additionally, being outdoors allows for a change of scenery and fresh air, which can be revitalizing for both you and your baby.

I’ve really enjoyed the free weight exercises, learning about my new body and meeting lovely ladies. The sessions will help you learn to understand your capabilities of your postpartum bodies and embrace the changes.

Rachel's post partum exercise classes are the perfect balance of working out while being able to catch up with other local parents. The classes are simply brilliant and Rachel uses her expertise to provide one on one coaching throughout, taking into account our post partum status and encouraging us to challenge ourselves.
