My group fitness classes are designed specifically to support women during pregnancy, post-partum, and menopause, creating a welcoming, relaxed, inclusive and fun environment for all stages of life.

Rachel's post partum exercise classes are the perfect balance of working out while being able to catch up with other local parents. The classes are simply brilliant and Rachel uses her expertise to provide one on one coaching throughout, taking into account our post partum status and encouraging us to challenge ourselves.

I’ve really enjoyed the free weight exercises, learning about my new body and meeting lovely ladies. The sessions will help you learn to understand your capabilities of your postpartum bodies and embrace the changes.
